Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and uninstalled.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and accompanying materials must be included.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, or show signs of use.
Electrical and electronic components where the sealed packaging has been opened or installation has been attempted.Special-order items or products ordered specifically at the customer’s request.
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence.
- Tires, Nomousse products, and related items once they have been mounted, installed, or used.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, an incorrect shipment, or an error made by Vey’s Powersports Europe.
Vey’s Powersports Europe reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund, replacement, or store credit.
